The shopping cart will provide shipping rates from both
FedEx and USPS Express Mail. To view your shipping
charges simply add the items to the cart system. Entering
the first item into the cart, the system will ask you
the country of final destination. From the point
forward the rates we be updated as you continue to add
more items. Orders will ship within 24-48 pending credit
card approval and stock on hand
Insurance
All packages are insured. If a package is lost,
stolen or damaged during shipping, the Tennis Company
will replace the package.

Express, however we accept all major credit cards. American
Express will allow the Tennis Company to verify billing
information.

Verification
of Information?
(Very important-Eliminate Internet Fraud)
When placing your Order we ask to
you supply the telephone number and name of the bank issuing
your credit card. Most countries will allow merchants to
call the bank and verify your billing address. Verifying
the billing address is the only tool we have in the world of
fraud prevention. During our conversation with the bank,
we pass-on the information you provided on the order. The
bank will only confirm if the information is correct or not. After contacting the bank and getting an
address confirmation we will process the order.
What Happens if my Bank will
not Verify the Billing Address?
Some countries have
laws that prohibit your bank from discussing anything about your
account. It is way too easy for some one to place an
Internet order with a stole credit card number. To insure
we are working with the card holder, we want confirmation you
have the card in hand. We do not want you to send any
information that in any way is unsecured. Simply fax or
email an image of the card (front and back). However, we
want you block out all the information on the
card. Cover-up all the numbers accept the first
4-digits. This will make your information useless to any
one else accept our business.
Will I need
to supply information for all future Orders?
No. This is an one time occurrence. Once you are an
established international customer, you will not need to supple
this information for future orders.
International
Duty and Taxes?
There are no U.S.
taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional
customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country
is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these
fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this
information. Please confirm with your local courier
service in regards to all Custom fees, including Customs a
clearance fee, which helps cover the costs of additional
handling, administration, collection of monies and provision of
facilities for Customs clearance of packages.
Orders may be returned after receipt if there are
any problems. Please be aware of all related charges when
ordering.
Can you Refuse an
Order?
Once the order has
been you cannot refuse shipment. Once a package enters your country these
charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to
you or not. The Tennis Company cannot issue a credit if
you refuse to pay duty and taxes. Many country agencies
will destroy the contents of the package if taxes NOT are paid.
