The consumer will be responsible for the initial shipping charge
if an order that qualified for our free FedEx ground or US Priority
Mail promotion is returned. This also applies to orders
with particle returns that drops the final order value below the

Delivery Dates for Ground
Service from San Diego
The least expensive shipping service is ground, which offers
no specific delivery date guarantee. FedEx Ground operates
Monday-Friday and is closed weekends and holidays. Delays
can and do happen. So you may want to opt for FedEx
Express service if you are on a deadline.
West coast destinations
average delivery in 2-4 business days.
Midwest destinations average delivery in 3-5 business days.
East coast destinations average delivery in 5-7 business days.

Signature
Required
This service offers delivery on the
second business day before 5pm to businesses and before 7pm to
residential addresses. This is a Monday through Friday
service.
Federal Express Standard Overnight
Signature
Required
This service offers delivery on the next business day
Monday through Friday before 5pm. Packages sent Standard
Overnight on Friday will be delivered on Monday. This
service is available in most areas. You can check with
Federal Express to see if it is available in your area.
Federal Express Priority Overnight
Saturday Delivery
Signature Required
This service is only available for overnight shipments sent out
on Friday for delivery on Saturday. Available in most
cities. Please call us to get a rate quote.
Please note: FedEx requires a signature for delivery.
If are not going to be home when your package is due to arrive,
please leave a signed note for the driver if you want the
package left. You may also want to call 1-800-GO-FEDEX to
keep a signature release on file. Remember, if you give
FedEx the okay to leave a package, you become liable if the
package is stolen.

Please understand this guarantee is provided by Federal Express,
not the Tennis Company. All Federal Express packages require a
signature. Re-imbursement for shipping charges will be made if a
package fails to meet the guaranteed standards set by Federal

Same Day Shipping
Orders placed before 12 noon PST are shipped the same day
provided the items ordered are in stock and pending credit card
verification and approval. This does not represent a guarantee.
We are not responsible for delays.
Priority Mail Service (APO
AF AE)
Priority Mail offers no guaranteed delivery deadline and
does not include tracking capabilities. At this time we no
longer offer Priority Mail Service except for AE, AA, AP &
APO military addresses. Since September 11th, 2001 we are
aware that some packages that would normally take 2-4 days are
now taking 2-5 weeks! Please note: International or
Military shipping requires duty documentation. This
requires that we physically go to the post office to ship the
package. We go once a week, either on a Wednesday or
Thursday.
